Privacy Policy
Introduction
At our real estate platform, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our services to find your dream home. By using our website and services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
When you voluntarily send us electronic mail / fill-up the form, we will keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you. We only collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. In case you have submitted your personal information and contact details, we reserve the rights to Call, SMS, Email or WhatsApp about our products and offers, even if your number has DND activated on it.
Facebook and Instagram Lead Forms
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. When you submit one of our lead forms on those platforms, Meta shares the information you entered — typically your name, phone number, email address and your answers to the form questions — together with an identifier of the ad and form you responded to. We receive this information through Meta's APIs and store it in our customer relationship management system, which is operated for us by our technology provider, PixLeo (PulseHub). We use it only to respond to your enquiry, connect you with our sales representatives and measure the performance of our advertising. We do not receive or store any other information from your Facebook or Instagram profile. Our use of information received from Meta's platforms complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Signing In With Google (Staff and Partner Accounts)
This section applies to our staff, agents and business partners who sign in to our internal customer relationship management system, PulseHub, operated for us by our technology provider PixLeo. It does not apply to property enquirers or website visitors.
Authorised users may choose to sign in with a Google account instead of a password. When you do, Google sends us your name, your email address and whether Google has verified it, your Google profile picture, and your Google account identifier — a unique ID that remains the same even if your email address changes.
We request only basic sign-in permissions (openid, email and profile). We do not request and cannot access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts or any other Google service.
We use this information solely to identify you and sign you in. Your email address is matched against an account that an administrator has already created for you — signing in with Google does not create an account on its own. We store your Google account identifier and email address so that we can recognise you on future sign-ins, and we may use your name and profile picture within your user profile in the system.
We do not sell this information, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it for any purpose other than operating your account and providing the service.
You can disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings → Security within the system and sign in with a password instead. Your account information is retained for as long as your account remains active; when an account is deleted, the stored Google account identifier and email address are deleted with it. To request deletion, follow the process in Requesting Deletion of Your Data above.
